Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Virginia Master HVAC professional to join a growing HVAC operation. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can manage HVAC projects from start to finish while also supporting estimating, installation, service, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have strong HVAC technical experience, project management skills, and an active Virginia Master HVAC Tradesman License.

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule : 4-Day Workweek

Responsibilities

• Estimate and price HVAC projects.

• Conduct job-site visits and develop proposals.

• Manage HVAC projects from start to finish.

• Oversee HVAC installations and equipment replacements.

• Perform HVAC service, troubleshooting, and repairs.

• Coordinate with technicians, installers, customers, and contractors.

• Manage materials, scheduling, permits, inspections, and change orders.

• Review plans and scopes of work.

• Ensure projects are completed properly, on time, and profitably.

• Provide leadership and support to HVAC technicians and installers.

• Help develop and grow the HVAC department.

• Remain hands-on and assist with technical work when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Current Virginia Master HVAC Tradesman License - REQUIRED

• Strong HVAC installation and service experience.

• Experience estimating and pricing HVAC work.

• HVAC project management experience.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and permitting.

• Ability to read plans and scopes of work.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability and willingness to be hands-on when needed.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
