Location: Lexington, KY

Service Setting: Outpatient

Coverage Type: Clinical Only

Coverage Period: 07/28/2026 – 6 Months

Shift Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Patient Demographics: Adult Oncology Patients

Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 20 Patients Per Day

Case Mix: Various Oncologic Disease States

EMR System: Epic

Office Equipment Available: Radiation Oncology Clinic

Specialty Backup Available: Medical Physicists and Dosimetrists

Support Staff Available: 1 RN, 4 Radiation Therapists, 2 Medical Physicists, 3 Dosimetrists

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

Temporary Privileges Available: Emergency Credentialing Available

Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 1 Week with Complete Application

Rate: TBD

Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered

Required Procedures: SBRT, IMRT, 3D CRT, SRS

Job Requirements: Active Kentucky License or IMLC LOQ, Board Certified or Board Eligible, DEA: Preferred; Required for Assignment, Certifications: BLS; ACLS/PALS (preferred), Residency/Fellowship Required, Clean Background and Malpractice History Highly Preferred

Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee daily radiation treatments, Perform new consultations and follow-up visits, Complete treatment planning and status checks, Participate in tumor conferences, Document patient care in Epic
