Company-paid health insurance, dental, vision, accidental, disability, life, dependent care reimbursements, tuition reimbursements 401k with 3-5% company match Generous PTO 10 Paid Holidays Flex Time, balance your work and life obligations throughout the week Minimal overtime required, no treacherous tax season hours Ability to work from home part of the time, home office stipends and supplies provided Paid continuing education Job Duties: Provide exceptional bookkeeping services to our valued clients Process payroll and prepare payroll tax returns in multiple states Provide exceptional and professional customer service to clients Manage multiple projects and clients Requirements: Exceptional bookkeeping and QuickBooks skills, with 2+ years of experience working with multiple QB files and companies simultaneously in a public accounting atmosphere Exceptional payroll tax knowledge, ability to process payroll in multiple states, with 2+ years of experience processing payroll and filing tax returns for multiple companies in multiple states Positive attitude, professional demeanor, emotional intelligence, and expert problem solver Degree in accounting, 2+ years in public accounting experience, CPA not required, skill level and experience are valued over education or certifications Skills: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel Advanced skills in QuickBooks Desktop and Online Advanced knowledge and experience in payroll and payroll tax returns in multiple states Ability to quickly learn and work with multiple apps and technologies Exceptional project and time management skills High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization Exceptional customer service and follow-through Mentoring and training skills Effective and professional communication #J-18808-Ljbffr Accountable To You, Inc.
