Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

$1958.40/week –

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units to provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate must possess the necessary licensure and clinical skills to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced nursing care to patients in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.

• Monitor patient vital signs and interpret EKG results to assess patient status.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols during patient interactions.

• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in medical records.

• Work rotating shifts, including weekends, and handle consecutive workdays as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Hawaii RN license prior to start date.

• Demonstrate ability to pass an on-site EKG test.

• Possess at least 1 year of recent experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.

• Exhibit strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Be flexible with rotating shifts and weekend assignments.
