A successful international staffing firm is rapidly expanding its U.S. business and hiring experienced technology staffing professionals.
What You'll Do
- Win new direct client relationships
- Cold call, network and develop new business
- Generate contract and/or permanent requisitions
- Recruit and manage candidates in a full-desk environment
- Build a profitable book of business
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years staffing experience
- Proven business development ability
- Strong sales mentality and comfort cold calling
- Technology staffing experience preferred
- Contract staffing experience especially attractive
- Entrepreneurial, accountable and competitive personality
