Senior Marketing Manager

Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus quarterly bonuses. We're looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing function and help drive the next stage of the company's growth. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys combining strategy with execution and wants to build a recognizable brand in a fast-growing industry. What you'll do Own and execute the company's overall marketing strategy. Develop short- and long-term marketing roadmaps with clear KPIs. Strengthen Unique Media's brand positioning and industry presence. Lead digital marketing initiatives across content, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation. Plan and execute PR campaigns, media opportunities, sponsorships, and industry events. Analyze customer data and develop retention, loyalty, and engagement initiatives. Partner closely with Sales to support lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, presentations, case studies, and sales collateral. Track campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize marketing activities. Collaborate closely with Leadership, Sales, and Operations to support business objectives. What we're looking for 5+ years of marketing experience , including ownership of marketing strategy and execution. 2–3+ years of experience in DOOH, OOH, digital advertising, media, or a related industry is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and customer retention. Experience with content marketing, social media, email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation. Experience leading PR initiatives, events, and industry partnerships. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent project management and communication skills.
