Facilities Operations Manager
MV Transportation
MV Transportation is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to lead the safe, efficient operation of our transportation facilities. In this role, you will oversee daily building and grounds activities across terminals and maintenance sites, ensuring they support reliable paratransit, fixed-route, and shuttle services. You will manage staff and vendors, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and enforce strict safety, ADA, and environmental standards. Partnering with operations leaders, you’ll control budgets, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in facility reliability, cleanliness, and security to uphold MV’s culture of safety, respect, and community service.
