DevOps Engineer (AI-Enabled Engineering)

Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for software build, test, release, and deployment activities.Configure and maintain source control, build, release, and ALM tools, including GitHub Enterprise and related integrations.Support cloud-based and containerized engineering environments using Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.Troubleshoot and resolve build, integration, deployment, and platform-related issues.Implement automation solutions for software development, testing, validation, reporting, and engineering workflows.Develop reusable scripts, tools, and automation frameworks using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar programming languages.Design, develop, integrate AI-enabled engineering solutions that improve software development efficiency, quality, and productivity.Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, documentation, testing, and engineering productivity.Collaborate with software development and validation teams to improve engineering productivity and software delivery processes.Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies that improve engineering efficiency.Document processes, solutions, standards, and best practices.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in DevOps, software development, build and release engineering, software automation, or related engineering disciplines.Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.Experience using GitHub Enterprise, Git, and modern source control practices.Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.Experience with container technologies such as Docker.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Proficiency in Python and at least one scripting language such as PowerShell or Bash.Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or comparable technologies.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm, Terraform, or Bicep.Experience developing automation tools, engineering productivity solutions, or AI-enabled workflows.Experience with AI-assisted software engineering technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, or related AI automation solutions.Experience with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.Experience using Jira, Confluence, DOORS, Nexus, Artifactory, Polyspace, or QAC.Experience supporting embedded software development environments.Knowledge of Agile, V-model, ASPICE, AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, ISO 21434Benefits Summary:Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug plans  401K with 4% Company Match Vacation/PTO and 13 paid Holidays Bonus Program  FSA/HSA and Dependent Care Programs Company provided Life, Disability, ADD and Business Travel Insurance Various No Cost Wellness & Chronic Condition Management Programs Various Optional Insurance programs such as legal, identity theft, critical illness, etc. Tuition Reimbursement  Career Development and Ongoing Training  Employee Assistance Program  Employee Spotlight and Recognition Program Volunteer Opportunities  Onsite Fitness Center (vary by location) Cafeteria and food markets (vary by location)  Onsite Health Clinic and Pharmacy (vary by location) Annual Salary: $107,000 - $133,000Full timePosting Date: 2026-09-14
