Experience, Skill And Abilities Positive safety attitude and personal integrity – both are non-negotiable. Ability to work effectively with customers and service their needs, including working weekends, holidays, extended hours, and 2nd or 3rd shifts as the customer or project requires. Technical knowledge for the applicable trade. Ability to think conceptually, apply practical solutions, and make decisions quickly, and have capabilities to self-start, display solid work ethics, and aspire to move ahead, be trusted by customers and employees, i.e. – the ability to serve.
