Your work directly impacts resident satisfaction and helps ensure our properties remain attractive, safe, and well-maintained.What You'll Be DoingComplete daily resident work orders promptly and professionallyPerform repairs related to plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenanceAssist with apartment turnovers to prepare homes for new residentsConduct preventative maintenance and routine property inspectionsMaintain common areas, grounds, and building systemsCoordinate with outside contractors and vendors when neededIdentify and report safety concerns or maintenance issuesAssist with seasonal property responsibilities, including snow removal and landscaping supportDeliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and team membersSupport Oakbrook's commitment to maintaining high-quality communitiesWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and takes pride in quality workmanship.
