Job Summary The Financial Systems Analyst will provide administration, maintenance, and end-user support for the company’s Oracle R12 E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) applications. This position will report directly to the Director – Financial Systems and will collaborate with various departments within the IT organization and Accounting to resolve system issues, as well as test and deploy software solutions. Responsibilities Provide administrative and end-user support for the following Oracle R12 EBS financial modules: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Internet Expenses. Work with internal customers via MS Teams Chat and Calls to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries/issues submitted through ServiceCentral (help desk application). Assist with gathering data and documentation to support internal and external audit requests. Provide administrative support for Oracle HFM, performing and reconciling monthly data load loads; maintaining metadata; and creating and updating Financial Reports. Write and execute SQL queries against Oracle database to create ad hoc financial reports for end users. Address help desk tickets assigned to our queue, which requires working directly with internal customers to understand the issue they are facing and providing a resolution for that issue. Provide end user support for Oracle EBS log-in and access issues. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $77,112.00-$126,684.00/year.
