Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are immediately hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for various shifts. The role offers daily pay and requires full‑time (7am‑3pm) or part‑time (11pm‑7am) coverage, including per diem and weekend shifts. Benefits Generous PTO and holiday pay Competitive pay rates based on experience and skills Medical, dental, and vision benefits Tuition assistance programs and career advancement opportunities Training, orientation, and ongoing support Key Responsibilities Assist CNAs with ADL and routine care Conduct resident/patient treatments Administer medication per physician orders and plan of care Submit pharmacy orders Accurately document and record all information Give injections as prescribed Observe resident health and communicate condition to RNs, supervisors, and physicians Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight Provide basic care such as wound cleaning and bandaging Manage IVs and start IV drips Monitor fluid/food intake and output Observe and report resident accidents, incidents, and skin breakdowns Assist as directed in the admissions process We provide comprehensive training, orientation, and support to new Nurse graduates and experienced LPNs.
