Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a respiratory, critical care, or long-term care setting. Excellent clinical skills with a focus on respiratory care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care. Responsibilities Manage and care for patients with respiratory needs, including airway management Provide high-quality respiratory care to residents, following established protocols and standards.
