Link High Technologies Inc. is an established Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Florham Park, NJ supporting businesses throughout Northern New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and New York City.

This is an in-office position based in our Florham Park office, with occasional travel to client sites for projects and support. Applicants must have recent MSP experience. About Link High Technologies We support a wide range of clients across the tri-state area including manufacturing and distribution companies that operate both modern cloud infrastructure and traditional on-premise environments. Our engineers work across diverse environments including Microsoft 365, Azure infrastructure, Azure Virtual Desktop, on-premise servers and networking, and security and backup platforms. We are a professional, customer-centric, and fast-moving team that values initiative, strong documentation, and collaboration. Certification training materials and approved exams are fully covered by the company, and there are clear opportunities for advancement within the organization. What Success Looks Like in This Role Our strongest engineers demonstrate:

• Strong documentation practices in ITGlue
• Understanding of full client environments beyond assigned tickets
• Clear communication with both clients and internal teams
• A commitment to continuous learning and improvement

Engineers on our team do not wait for work to be assigned. They proactively review the queue, collaborate with teammates, and help drive problems to resolution. What you'll do

• Lead Office 365 migrations and Azure infrastructure deployments for clients
• Support and maintain on-premise servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking (VLANs, SonicWall firewalls)
• Own escalated technical issues end-to-end — you're the person other engineers bring the hard problems to
• Keep client documentation current in IT Glue
• Participate in an on-call rotation (paid stipend + on-call rate) [confirm and insert actual on-call compensation]
• Work directly with clients as a trusted advisor, not just a ticket-closer

What you bring

• 5+ years in MSP or IT consulting environments
• Strong Windows Server / Active Directory administration
• Hands-on Office 365 and Azure experience
• Solid networking fundamentals (VLANs, routing, firewalls)
• VMware or Hyper-V virtualization experience
• Experience managing corporate firewalls and backup platforms

Client Locations & Travel Our clients are located across Northern New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and New York City. Most client support is delivered remotely using remote tools; engineers occasionally travel to client sites for project work or complex issues. Engineers report to our Florham Park office full-time, with flexibility when a remote day is needed. Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $95,000–$105,000, commensurate with experience
