THE POSITION As a Used Vehicle Reconditioning Technician, you'll play one of the most important roles in our dealership. Every vehicle that reaches a customer begins with you. Your inspections, repairs, and attention to detail ensure every vehicle meets the high standards our customers expect from theKayser name. This isn't a basic maintenance position. This is a skilled, high-impact role where your experience and efficiency directly contribute to the success of our dealership. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform comprehensive used vehicle inspections Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns Complete high-quality repairsIdentify maintenance and safety needs Accurately document inspection findings Help maintain industry-leading reconditioning turnaround times Work closely with management and teammates to keep inventory flowing WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Strong diagnostic and repair skills Pride in producing quality work Efficient without sacrificing craftsmanship Excellent attention to detail Ownership and accountability Professional communication Desire to continually improve ASE certifications are appreciated, but character, work ethic, and ability matter even more.
