Commercial Lines Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager with strong experience and a passion for client service. If you're self-driven, know how to manage your book, and can create great relationships with clients, this is the job for you. This is a Hybrid position after on-boarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a book of clients with professionalism and accuracy
• Handle all aspects of account servicing including renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
• Market new and renewal business to carriers effectively
• Serve as a point of contact for client questions, policy reviews, and claims support
• Ensure timely communication and proactive service for all assigned accounts
• Work closely with team members in a supportive, non-micromanaged environment

Requirements:

• Active P&C Insurance License
• 2-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management
• Experience with COI's and marketing
• Proficiency in Ezylnx is strongly preferred
• Strong Full Servicing Skills- Cross Sell, Remarket, Renewals, etc
• Ability to manage time build, maintain and grow client relationships
