Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Order Picker / Cycle Counter
Shift: 2nd Shift (Training on 1st Shift for ~2 Weeks)
Pay: $20.00/hour + $1.00 Shift Differential

Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Warehouse Associates with a strong background in cycle counting, order packing, and operating an order picker. This role will primarily focus on maintaining accurate inventory through cycle counts, while also assisting with packing small parcel orders as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Operate an order picker to locate and move inventory
• Pack and prepare small parcel orders for shipment
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all inventory and order fulfillment tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Meet productivity goals in a performance-driven setting

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory control
• Order picker (cherry picker) experience required
• Experience with packing and shipping small parcel orders
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, productivity-monitored environment

Additional Details:

• 2nd shift position with a $1.00/hour differential
• Training will be conducted on 1st shift for approximately two weeks
• Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and self-managed
