Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ICU and CCU nursing, with the ability to provide high-quality care to patients of all ages. The position involves working in a Level III Trauma Center, ensuring the best outcomes for critically ill patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Meditech EHR system.
• Participate in patient education and family support.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 3+ years of critical care nursing experience in ICU and CCU settings.
• Completion of at least 2 travel assignments.
• ACLS, BLS, HWC, and NIH certifications required.
• Must possess a valid RN license in Tennessee.
• Experience with Meditech documentation is preferred.
