Pulmonary Medical Scribe (Part-Time, Hybrid) Location: 9250 N 3rd Street, Phoenix, AZ 85020 (in-person clinic) + Virtual (rehab facilities) Hours: 10–15 hours/week | Part-Time | Weekend availability required About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to support our pulmonary care team through both in-person and virtual documentation. This hybrid role combines direct clinic-based scribing at our Phoenix ambulatory pulmonary clinic with remote virtual scribing for patients in rehabilitation facilities. Responsibilities Accompany the pulmonary provider during in-person ambulatory clinic visits at 9250 N 3rd Street, Phoenix, AZ, accurately documenting patient histories, exam findings, and treatment plans in real time Provide virtual scribing support for provider visits/consults conducted with patients in rehab facilities Complete virtual chart prep prior to visits, including reviewing patient history, recent labs, imaging, and prior notes Ensure timely, accurate, and complete documentation in the EHR Maintain strict patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Communicate professionally with clinical staff, rehab facility teams, and providers Requirements Minimum 1 year of medical scribing experience required Experience in pulmonology or a related specialty preferred Comfortable working both in-person (Phoenix, AZ) and virtually Strong typing speed and accuracy; familiarity with EHR systems Reliable internet connection and private workspace for virtual shifts Weekend availability required Excellent communication and time-management skills HIPAA training/certification (or willingness to complete prior to start) Schedule 10–15 hours per week Mix of in-person clinic shifts (Phoenix, AZ) and virtual/remote shifts Weekend shifts required #J-18808-Ljbffr Integrity-Pulmonary-Specialist-LLC
