Precision Optics Polishing Technician

Precision Optics: Polishing Operator Will provide training. Main responsibilities include optical polishing for precision optics. Job Responsibilities Use microscope and other equipment to inspect the quality of work parts. Perform optical cleaning, alignment, optical epoxy gluing, soldering, etc., under microscope. Handle optical fibers, including routing and fusion splicing. Use optical equipment such as power meters, light sources, oscilloscopes, and computers for test and measurement. Perform fiber‑optic assembling line product assembly. Other related tasks as assigned. Qualifications Quick to learn and hands‑on. Basic knowledge and experience in precision optics. Hands‑on skills in bench‑top test setup. Knowledge and experience with optical test equipment. Experience in basic fiber‑optic test and measurements preferred. Ability to lift and handle up to 10 lb weight. Teamwork skills. Other skills as required. Electrical Hardware Engineer Work on design of electronic hardware, including schematic design and PCB layout, and interface with suppliers and manufacturers. Job Functions / Responsibilities Design electronic hardware schematics and PCB layouts. Interface with suppliers and PCBA manufacturers. Verify test and troubleshoot hardware with firmware/software engineers. Integrate electrical hardware with opto‑mechanical parts or modules and perform product functionality tests. Collaborate with testing engineers on product performance test and measurement systems. Support RF design and test when required. Develop test and measurement programs. Other tasks assigned by supervisors. Particular Skills and Expertise Hands‑on experience in electrical hardware design (analog and digital). Proficiency in TIA, VGA, ADC/DAC, LogAmp, OPAM, MCU (ARM series), and FPGA. Experience with interfaces such as RS 232, UART, DPRAM, USB. Hands‑on skills in board‑level test, diagnosis, debugging, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of small‑signal and low‑noise applications. Experience in Verilog, C++, and LabView programming. Qualifications / Requirements BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, hardware and firmware. Strong communication skills and teamwork. Hands‑on skills required. Technical Sales Engineer Act as the front‑line technical resource, working directly with customers to capture sales opportunities for advanced optical solutions. Primary Responsibilities Conduct market research, benchmarking, and product identification. Perform technical marketing and demonstrate products and solutions to prospects and customers. Develop selling opportunities by growing relationships throughout all account levels. Work with customers and internal technical teams to define product requirements, specifications, and time‑to‑market. Provide technical support to customers. Create, manage, and present product application notes, white papers, and technical presentations. Facilitate training opportunities for assigned accounts. Minimum Requirements and Qualifications BS in a technical discipline (optics, physics, or engineering); MS preferred. At least 3 years of experience in technical marketing, technical sales, sales, or product life‑cycle management in a high‑tech industry. Direct experience in fiber optics, fiber sensing, life‑sciences, or biomedical optics preferred. Experience working across multi‑site, multi‑culture environments preferred. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Willingness to travel up to 25 %. Excellent phone, written, and verbal communication skills. Excellent technical presentation skills. Ability to work independently and develop strong customer relationships. Professional work ethic and passion for performance and company success.
