Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
• Develop individualized therapy plans to help patients achieve their therapy goals and regain independence
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve motor skills, daily living activities, and cognitive function
• Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to optimize recovery
• Provide education and support to patients and their families about therapeutic techniques and long-term recovery
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care for each patient
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to healthcare regulations and standards

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Minnesota
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, techniques, and interventions
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Flexibility to treat a wide range of patients across different age groups
