Registered Nurse (RN) – Full‑Time/Part‑Time 3rd Shift Apply for the Registered Nurse (RN) – Full‑Time/Part‑Time 3rd Shift position with North Shore Health . Stevens Point Health Services, part of North Shore Healthcare, is a 4‑Star CMS‑rated provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation. We operate 70 skilled nursing and assisted living centers across the Upper Midwest. Summary of Position Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN is accountable for a group of residents/patients during a 12‑hour shift, delivering nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care. The RN enforces North Shore’s policies, maintains a safe environment, and supervises nursing assistants and help staff. Duties align with the State Nurse Practice Act and applicable JCAHO standards. Requirements Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state. Current CPR certification. Proficiency with supplies and equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication carts, etc.). Accurate drug dosage calculation. Meeting all health requirements imposed by law. Positive, effective communication with residents, families, volunteers, and staff. English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension. Basic computer knowledge with aptitude for learning company applications. Experience in a fast‑paced environment.
