What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients, including pediatrics during rare cases
• Monitor patient conditions and administer treatments as prescribed
• Record patient information accurately using Cerner charting system
• Float within scope to meet facility needs and optimize staffing coverage
• Support infusions and other procedures within scope
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Participate in unit orientation and ongoing training efforts

What You Need

• Kansas or multistate RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• General medical and surgical skills, including charting skills (Cerner experience preferred)

• Experience with infusions and pediatric care (rare cases)
• Ability to adapt to floating roles and flexible schedules
