Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Support patients with dementia through tailored care strategies. Requirements Current nursing license in the state of Texas. Proven experience in primary care or home health nursing. Strong skills in patient assessment and medication administration. Experience with IV infusion and dementia care preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
