Maintenance Manager

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead facility and equipment maintenance in a high-volume beverage distribution environment. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for conveyors, forklifts, storage systems, and building infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance. Partnering closely with operations, you’ll manage a maintenance team, contractors, and vendors, optimize a CMMS program, track KPIs and budgets, and drive continuous improvement to support efficient, reliable wholesale distribution operations.
