Job Description
As a Concessions Attendant at Elevate Entertainment Group, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to guests. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly service, quality products, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient service. Take orders, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Prepare and serve a variety of food items, such as popcorn, nachos, hot dogs, and beverages, following established recipes and standards.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process cash and credit card transactions accurately. Ensure proper change is given and receipts are provided.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies. Notify the Concessions Manager of low stock or replenishment needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, equipment, and dining areas. Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure proper food handling and sanitation.
- Restock concession stands with necessary supplies and products throughout the shift.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of equipment and handling of food items.
- Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
- Hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing, guest focused
- Able to take direction and work together as a team
- Work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
- Some locations may require Food Handler and State Alcohol Certifications
