We’re Hiring: Cherry Picker Operator / Warehouse Associate
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $18.50/hr
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Benefits: Weekly Pay + Medical & Dental Coverage

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and safety matter. If you’re comfortable operating equipment, keeping things organized, and working with a team that values reliability, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely operate a Forklift Cherry Picker to pick and move inventory
- Select, process, and pack customer orders accurately
- Keep the warehouse organized and inventory up to date
- Use RF scanners and basic warehouse software for tracking
- Communicate clearly with the team and follow all safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Forklift Cherry Picker experience is a must
- Strong inventory and material handling skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Must have a clean background and be able to pass a drug test
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Fast-paced warehouse setting
- Standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Operating powered industrial equipment (Cherry Picker/Stand-up forklift)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
