What We're Looking For:
• Basic maintenance knowledge (plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair)
• Self-starter with a strong problem-solving mindset
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Office 365 and mobile devices
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); bilingual is a plus
