Our 121-bed skilled nursing facility is located in the heart of Lewistown, Pennsylvania, within walking distance to The Geisinger – Lewistown Hospital. As a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN), you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to our team's mission to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to our short-stay rehabilitation patients, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning

Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting care plans as needed

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to our commitment to excellence in patient care

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
