ResponsibilitiesManage projects end to end including procurement, pre-construction, scheduling, budgeting, construction oversight, and close-outOwn project profit and loss, maintain schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM), and deliver projects on time and within budgetCoordinate superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers across multiple tradesLead customer communication with weekly updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues proactivelyDevelop scopes of work, requests for proposal (RFP), requests for information (RFI), change orders, and contract documentationOversee material procurement, vendor bids, permitting, inspections, and building code complianceMaintain digital project files, job logs, photos, and reporting in standardized systemsSupport crew leadership, set goals, maintain morale, and assist with performance feedbackMonitor risk, insurance compliance, subcontractor agreements, and quality control across all projectsQualificationsFour to six years of residential or light commercial construction project management experienceProven ownership of project budgets, forecasting, profit margins, and vendor cost controlExperience reading architectural, structural, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) plansStrong contract, scope writing, and change order management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Excel including basic formulas and Gantt scheduling for CPM visualizationWorking knowledge of project management and documentation tools such as Bluebeam, OneDrive, SharePoint, and collaboration softwareStrong communication, organization, and customer service skillsAssociate's degree or equivalent experience preferredValid driver's license and ability to work between office and active job sitesJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
