Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Part-time schedule of 20-25 hours per week.
• Shift days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
