Bar BackAll LocationsWe are seeking a dedicated and motivated Bar Back to join our team and assist our bartenders in providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Bar Back, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the bar by preparing mixers, juices, and cocktail garnishes, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in the bar area. The ideal candidate should have a basic knowledge of bar menu items and recipes, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong team spirit.Key Responsibilities:Assist bartenders in opening and closing the barPrepare mixers, juicers, and cocktail garnishesKeep the bar stocked with liquor, beer, spirits, garnishes, ice, and other products throughout the shiftEnsure bartending tools such as glasses, stirrers, shakers, strainers, and others are clean and in the proper position for bartendersAdhere to California health code regulations, ensuring proper labeling and maintenance of products at the correct temperatureMaintain cleanliness in the bar areaAssist with any other bar duties as requiredRequirements:Minimum age to serve alcohol as per legal requirementsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong team spirit and willingness to collaborate with the bar staffBasic knowledge of bar menu items and recipes, including different types of beers and mixed drinksPhysical ability to lift beer kegs, hold trays of bottles and glassware, and stand during the shiftFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidaysPay Range:Los Gatos, California ($16.90 to $23 per hour)Walnut Creek, California ($16.90 to $23 per hour)Palo Alto, California ($18.70 to $25 per hour)Los Angeles, California ($18.42 to $24 per hour)Long Beach, California ($16.90 to $23 per hour)Roseville, California ($16.90 to $23 per hour)La Jolla, California ($17.75 to $24 per hour)If you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please submit your complete resume for consideration.
