Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and fryers safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
• Adjust recipes and portion sizes to minimize waste and manage food costs effectively.
• Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality before use.
• Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety practices.
• Familiarity with common kitchen tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
