Production Supervisor

WorkSource is seeking a Production Supervisor for a Client in the Fayetteville area.


Night Shift Production Supervisor

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts, including rotating weekends

Position Summary

The Night Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of 30+ employees, overseeing production operations, supporting Leads and Operators, and ensuring the department meets safety, quality, staffing, and production expectations throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a production team of 30+ employees.
• Oversee daily production, operators, staffing, and workflow.
• Monitor production, quality, downtime, and employee performance.
• Guide and support Leads to ensure they are completing their responsibilities.
• Assist with employee breaks and staffing coverage as needed.
• Address production, equipment, quality, and personnel issues promptly.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, SOPs, safety, and quality requirements.
• Monitor attendance and adjust staffing when necessary.
• Maintain accurate production and shift records.
• Communicate important issues and production results to management and the next shift.

Requirements

• Previous production or manufacturing supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a team of 30+ employees preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to coach and hold Leads and Operators accountable.
• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift and rotating weekends.

• Expected to report to work everyday
