Job Details Job Location: N GA - Varnell - Dalton, GA 30721 Help unload incoming trucks and put away merchandise (as arranged by management). Maintain your assigned department: keep clean, organized and fully stocked. Execute the daily operational, day‑to‑day goals/priorities assigned to you and move with your "Ace Pace". Remove promotional bin tags from displays/price tags as required. Restock merchandise displays as needed, watch end caps and side wings. Handle special orders for all non‑stock items. Never tell a customer no without checking with a manager. Watch for shoplifters and act, in line with Elder’s policy, to discourage shoplifting. Respond to radio requests. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 6 months‑1 year of retail experience; hardware experience preferred. Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members. Skilled at providing prompt, friendly and attentive customer service. Strong organizational skills with a passion for details. Willing to learn all areas of the store and help train others. Knowledge and experience of various departments is strongly desired. A continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance is required. Availability must be flexible, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Bilingual (Spanish) verbal and written communication skills strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Elder's ACE Hardware
