Captive Solutions Specialist — Training & Adoption

Roundstone seeks a Captive Solution Consultant in Rocky River, OH to help employers, brokers, and internal teams understand the captive model and adopt cost-containment solutions. This role bridges clients, internal teams, and partners to ensure smooth onboarding and clear outcomes. You will develop training for Sales, Account Management, and other teams to build mastery of Roundstone's Group Captive Health Insurance, including fund mechanics, underwriting, and use of reporting tools like #J-18808-Ljbffr Roundstone
