Store Customer Service Specialist

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store 721159, located at: 990 US Highway 10, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501. This is a new store Scheduled to open on/about 15 June 2026. This role will require training shifts at multiple locations. Training locations may include the Moorhead and Fergus Falls Sherwin-Williams Paint Stores. This is a part-time role with pay starting between $16.50 and $17.02 Hourly. This role prefers bilingual fluency in Spanish and English. This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals. Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
