Qualifications:

• Auto sales experience is preferred. Energetic and motivated to succeed with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus!
• A positive attitude and good work ethic
• Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, VinSolutions, Microsoft Office, Google Docs)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Maintain professional business attire and appearance
• Must pass pre-employment background check , MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities:

• Help customers select and purchase the vehicle of their dreams! Bring your 'A game' and a positive attitude to work every day!
• Learn about our products and keep abreast of current inventory
• Greet customers and identify the vehicle in inventory that meets their needs. Great listening skills are key!
• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Provide a completely satisfied customer buying experience
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business
• Prospect for new customers
