Callen-Lorde is seeking a Primary Care Provider (NP/MD/DO) who specializes in HIV care to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team.As a PCP at Callen-Lorde, your key responsibilities will include:Conduct patient screenings, examinations, diagnoses, and treatments across the lifespan.Provide care that is respectful, compassionate, unbiased, and consistent with evidence-based guidelines.Deliver care in scheduled 20-40 minute appointments and ensure timely follow-up on patient needs, test results, and referrals.Document all care promptly in the electronic health record (EPIC).Provide primary care servicesCollaboration & Coordination:Make appropriate internal and external referrals.Work effectively within a team-based care model, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.Quality & Professional Development:Participate in quality improvement initiatives and case conferences.Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including continuing medical education.Work Schedule:Three morning/daytime shifts: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PMTwo evening shifts: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PMOptional Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PMCompensation The salary range for this position will be commensurate with the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.Compensation Breakdown:Job Title 0-3 years (Min) 10+ years (Max)Nurse Practitioner/ Physicians Assistant $127,491.00 $151,843.00Physician* (MD/DO) Family Medicine and Pediatrics $200,000.00 $260,000.00Physician* (MD/DO) Internal Medicine $205,000.00 $265,000.00Additional differential of $10,000 annually for obtaining and maintaining Board Certifications in the areas of MDs and DO's - Infectious Disease, Endocrinology, Geriatrics, and Adolescence Medicine.
