Role Overview Retail Sales Associate at Shoe Palace. Provide the best possible experience for customers and participate in a team‑oriented environment to create and maximize sales. Sell shoes and apparel. Qualifications 18+ years old (16+ with appropriate work permits). Open availability during weekends. Fun, outgoing, and enthusiastic about fashion and shoes. Strong work ethic and desire to succeed. Excellent communication skills; natural conversationalist. Customer‑service experience preferred. Experience selling athletic shoes is a plus.
