Hourly Wage: $16.5 - $29.5 per hour Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met. They also assist customers while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
