ServiceNow Architect (Discovery)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Employment: Contract Visa: USC, GC, GCEAD, H4EAD.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow Discovery and related modules.
• Define best practices, standards, and governance models for Discovery implementations across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable Discovery solutions that align with organizational needs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators working on Discovery patterns.
• Drive integrations with multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, etc.).

Required Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping at an architectural/design level.
• Strong background in infrastructure technologies (Windows, Linux, network protocols, storage, virtualization, and cloud).
• Expertise in designing scalable discovery patterns and complex integrations across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of CMDB design, governance, and data accuracy frameworks.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow Discovery implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
• Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator), CAD (Certified Application Developer), and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Discovery or CMDB.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
