• Maintain an active state medical license.
• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) status is required.
• Work during the day with no on-call duties and flexible scheduling.
• Provide care for approximately 20 to 22 patients daily.
• Complete credentialing and obtain a DEA license.
