What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients with diverse medical conditions in a medical-surgical setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols
• Educate patients and families about health management and post-discharge care
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards

What You Need

• Valid New Hampshire RN license
• BLS certification
• At least 1 year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to adapt to fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
