Position: Sales Associate – Property & Casualty, Life & Health Insurance Location: 1944 E 53rd St Anderson, IN, 46013 Employment Type: Full-Time About Us: At William Lashbrook State Farm, we pride ourselves on delivering personalized insurance solutions and outstanding customer service. We are committed to building lasting relationships with our clients by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored coverage options. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in selecting appropriate Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance products to meet their individual needs Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Conduct insurance needs assessments and provide expert guidance on coverage options Meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets Maintain up-to-date knowledge of State Farm products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer service and client retention Participate in ongoing training and professional development Qualifications: Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services Strong Communication Skills Carries an Ownership Mindset Wants to be a part of a fun and award-winning team Coachable and willing to try new strategies.
