Commercial Floor Technician ServiceMaster by Request is seeking a part-time floor technician and cleaner starting at $16.00 per hour. The workdays are Monday‑Friday evenings. Flexibility is required as responsibilities may change daily. The role requires travel to multiple counties using a company vehicle. Responsibilities Sweeping, mopping, polishing, vacuuming, shampooing carpets, stripping, waxing, and buffing. Moving furniture, disinfecting floors with sanitizer, spot cleaning. Cleaning elevators, stairs, restrooms, kitchen areas, dusting, wiping walls and baseboards. Trash removal and maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment. Using proper PPE, safety equipment, and operating various floor equipment and machinery. Opening and locking facilities, enabling and disabling the security system as required. Qualifications Must have experience as a floor technician or cleaner. Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record. Must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 75 pounds. Ability to operate floor equipment and machinery. Availability for part‑time evening shifts Monday‑Friday. Flexibility to work a fast‑paced, multitask environment.
