Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We drive end-to-end workflow modernization and straight-through processing efforts to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• We own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing client needs, business value, risk, and technology investment.
• We partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver intuitive, scalable, and compliant digital solutions.
• We use data, client insights, and market research to uncover innovation opportunities and guide product decisions.
• We establish and track key success metrics, including client adoption, digital engagement, STP rates, turnaround times, operational efficiency, risk posture, and platform reliability.
