Our client is currently seeking a Numerical Control Programmer 3 Job Description
- Provide technical expertise in CNC machining, numerical control (NC) programming, and manufacturing processes.
- Define and establish manufacturing and producibility requirements for aerospace components, tools, and assemblies.
- Develop, validate, modify, and maintain Machine Control Data (MCD), NC programs, geometry, and supporting manufacturing documentation.
- Create and optimize machining strategies for a wide range of numerically controlled equipment used in manufacturing and inspection operations.
- Utilize CATIA, ENOVIA, IVT, and REDARS to review engineering data, manage product configurations, and support manufacturing planning activities.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturability, process efficiency, and compliance with design requirements.
- Support the development, integration, and implementation of advanced machining technologies, manufacturing methods, software applications, and production equipment.
- Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Verify machining processes, tooling requirements, and production documentation to ensure adherence to engineering specifications and aerospace standards.
- Perform assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision while providing technical guidance and support to manufacturing operations.
