Business Development Manager

New Business Development / Sales Executive for Staffing Agency in Las Colinas. This is an internal position. Responsible for outside sales and new business development with prospective clients and retaining/expanding business with current customers. Excellent Base Salary, Commission and Benefits You will be responsible for generating qualified job orders from top companies. Will be held accountable for business development and sales performance by delivering qualified candidates to fulfill job requisitions. In order to achieve this you are responsible for building strong relationships with hiring managers and other client representatives. Job Summary Implementation of sales strategy, communications, and client relations and activities This position is responsible for bringing staffing services directly to clients and prospects by engaging in cold calls, account management, follow-up and client sourcing Essential Job Functions Prospect, cold call, prepare proposals, negotiate fees, conduct presentations, and qualify prospects to acquire a variety of temporary and direct hire positions. Generate sales call log and reports weekly and monthly Types of positions serviced: Administrative/Clerical, Accounting/Finance, Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Warehouse, Call Center, Customer Service, Light Industrial and IT. Required Qualifications 2+yrs in sales position in staffing industry preferred Strong work ethic and honest Ability to work independently with little supervision Ability to meet and exceed required goals and expectations Professional demeanor both on the phone and in person Proven outside sales track record PC knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, LinkedIn) Must possess Excellent closing skills, motivation for sales, prospecting skills, sales planning, market knowledge, presentation skills, high energy level, and ability to meet sales goals Preferred Qualifications Experience in Temporary Staffing Industry for clerical and warehouse positions We offer great benefits such as Base Salary with a competitive commission structure #J-18808-Ljbffr
