Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in the Telemetry Unit, providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced setting. You will be responsible for monitoring patients' conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient vitals and telemetry data.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Assist in preparing patients for diagnostic procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN License in the state of North Carolina.
• BLS certification is required; CMSRN is encouraged.
• Experience in telemetry or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
